Great facilities, including a convenient lift. USB holes in the sockets for easy phone charging. Nice interior design with good lighting and a spacious layout. Clean and neat rooms with a wide mirror. Water filter/dispenser provided on every floor. Friendly staff who provided excellent service. Free water refill available. a fantastic experience.

The water filter/dispenser provided at every floor was very helpful in keeping us hydrated during our Easter stay. the great lighting and clean design of the room made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The location of the hotel also allowed us to explore nearby attractions easily.
The lack of proper toiletries like cotton buds, disposable toothbrush and paste, and tissue papers was a major inconvenience for us during our stay. The television also had a poor channel selection which left us bored.

Staying at this budget hotel was worth it! the location was convenient, with easy access to facilities like water dispensers on every floor, and the well-designed rooms had ironing facilities and hairdryers. the rooms were spacious, clean, and the lighting was great. the beds were comfortable, making a good night's sleep a guarantee. the staff was friendly when they communicated respectfully.
Some staff members were not friendly, which could improve the service significantly.

This hotel is great! It has fantastic facilities, including a lift and a water dispenser on every floor. The interior design is really nice, with clean and spacious rooms. The small details like USB sockets and an ironing board in the room make this place feel like a 4-star hotel. In addition, the staff is really friendly and helpful, ensuring that I checked in on time with ease. The wi-fi was also very easy to access, making it a breeze to stay connected.
